Supporting BC Guide Dogs at the 2012 Pet Expo
Thanks to your support we are pleased to announce that we helped raise $1468 for our Charity of Choice: BC Guide Dog Services and Autism Support Dogs.
In addition, we provided BC Guide Dog Services/Autism Support Dogs with booth space at the Pet Expo to promote their organization. Space to run a Blindfold Walk, where people were able to experience the amazing abilities of a Guide dog first hand. Logo placement in all our marketing materials, mentions on radio, print and television to generate further exposure through our website & e-Newsletters.
BC Guide Dog Services/Autism Support Dogs is a charitable organization that is committed to improving the quality of life for visually impaired and for families with autistic children. They professionally train dogs for the token price of $1 to their clients. They raise all of the $37,000 needed to breed and train a Guide Dog or Autism Support Dog from donations. They don’t receive any government funding for the work they do.

Supporting a charitable organization is a very important part of the Vancouver Island Pet Expo. Thank you to everyone who made it out the Expo and helped make it possible!
